What does it take to make a reservation?
For Airport trips, click on ONLINE RESERVATION or Call us: (386) 747-6579 to schedule a reservation. Minimum 24 hour advance reservation is required for Airport rides. If less than 24 hours, please call to check the availability: (386) 747-6579. We will need to obtain some information and a credit card number to reserve your ride. If you make your RESERVATIONS ONLINE for your airport trip, click on the PAY NOW button above to make a payment with a credit card. This will finalize your reservation. Highly recommended. See below.
How can I make a payment with Credit Card Online?
On the upper right corner of every page, you will see PAY NOW button. Click on it. Our secure online credit card payment system is managed by PayPal. You do not need PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Once you click on the PAY NOW button, new page appears. On the left side, enter the amount next to ITEM PRICE for your ride. (Our rates are written on every page of our website. Call us if you do not know your rate.) Then click UPDATE. Once the form is updated, you should see the credit card entry form on the left side. If you do not see the form there, under PayPal login section (Log in to my PayPal account), there is a link that says Pay with debit or credit card. Click on it which will display the form. Fill out the form and follow the directions. Once we receive the payment, we will email you back to confirm instantly.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
All reservations must be cancelled by calling (386) 747-6579 up to 24 hours prior to your reserved pick-up time. Otherwise, passenger will be responsible for full fare price, since we will not be able to re-book anyone on your reserved time frame, we lose the revenue for that time slot. Fare for reservations booked less than 24 hours before the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Do you go to airport or pick up from airport between 12 am and 7 am?
Rides between 11 pm - 6 am are subject to $10 fee. Advance reservation is required. Please call for details and availability: (386) 747-6579.
Where do you pick up for airport trips?
From pick up location you specify (your home, hotel, business, etc). No additional fee.
Do you pick up from Airport?
Yes, we have meet and greet service. We will meet you with your name written on the sign in the baggage claim area. $10 extra fee will apply.
How soon do you receive my online reservation?
Instantly. The same day (less than 24 hours) reservations are subject to availability. Call: (386) 747-6579.
What if my flight is canceled by the airline?
Notify us at you earliest convenience by calling (386) 747-6579 and you will not be charged. We will verify the cancellation.
What if my flight is delayed?
We need to change your pick-up time. Your new pick-up time is subject to availibility. Call: (386) 747-6579.
Do you charge extra for luggage?
No. 2 standard size suitcases are allowed free per person with standard carry-on. 3-4 persons with 4 suitcases ride comfortably in our minivans. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us: (386) 747-6579.
